We’re Crème in beachside Port Melbourne and we need someone who already knows how to run a busy café floor and coffee bar — not someone who wants to learn on the job.

We are after personality and connection, not just technical ability

You need (non-negotiable):

- At least 2–4 years in a similar fast-paced café role
- Real leadership experience (you’ve motivated, trained or managed staff and they actually improved)
- The ability to talk to customers, build rapport, and create genuine relationships (regulars should look forward to seeing you)
- Excellent coffee skills and solid all-round café knowledge
- Ability to work any day, including weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, engaging service style that fits a casual beachside vibe
