Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with venue standards.
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar area.
- Process orders and payments accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team.
- Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Current NSW RSA & RCG certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Availability to work flexible shifts,
including evenings and weekends.
