The Position

- Flexible casual role working up to 3 days per week, ideal for an experienced sales or events professional looking to balance their work commitments or re-enter the workforce.
- Manages the end-to-end sales process, handling everything from initial client enquiries and qualification to preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinates client communications and logistics, including preparing detailed Event Orders and keeping sales pipeline data accurate in the CRM.




- Facilitates seamless handovers to Operations, ensuring the delivery team has all the precise information and updates needed to run successful events.
- Supports the wider sales team with general administrative tasks, reporting, and client follow-ups as required.
