Supernova Medical Centre is seeking a motivated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our busy and supportive general practice team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced GPs, allied health professionals, and administrative staff in a patient-focused environment.

About the Role

The Practice Nurse will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care and supporting the smooth operation of the practice. Responsibilities include:

- Immunisations and vaccine management
- Chronic disease management and care plans
- Health assessments and preventive health activities
- Wound care and dressings
- ECGs, spirometry, and other clinical procedures
- Assisting doctors with minor procedures
- Care coordination and patient education
- Infection control and clinical stock management
- Maintaining accurate clinical records

Essential Requirements





- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Previous experience in General Practice preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Best Practice software (desirable)
- Current CPR certificate
- Professional indemnity insurance (if applicable)
