Woodfrog Bakery in Moorabbin is looking for a Pick Packer to join our packing team. This is a casual role with regular, consistent shifts across the week.

Shifts

Evening and night shifts – typically 5pm to 1am, with some later starts at 9pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Pack bread and bakery products for our 26 shops, working alongside the other packers
- Pick the right products and quantities for each shop off the daily packing list
- Check products before packing – anything damaged or not up to standard gets pulled
- Label, stack and load crates and trolleys ready for the delivery drivers
- Keep up with the packing schedule so every shop gets its order on time
- Follow directions from your supervisor and work in step with the rest of the team
- Keep the packing area clean and tidy during and at the end of the shift




- Follow food safety, HACCP and WHS procedures at all times
- Help out in other areas of the bakery when needed

About you

- Previous packing or warehouse experience, ideally in food
- Accurate and careful – getting each shop’s order right matters
- A team player who shows up on time and pulls their weight
- Happy to take direction and follow the way we do things at Woodfrog
- Comfortable with evening and night work, physical work and being on your feet
- Able to read and follow packing lists in English

Pay: From $32.18 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
