Redcape Hospitality is looking for a casual Bar & Bottle Shop Attendant at the Shamrock Hotel in Mackay. It’s a true all-rounder role: one shift you’re behind the bar, the next you’re helping customers in the bottle shop, with TAB and Keno as part of the mix.

What you’ll do

- Serve customers at the bar with warm, attentive service and build rapport with the regulars
- Help customers find their favourite drop in the bottle shop
- Process TAB and Keno bets and payouts, handling cash accurately
- Keep the bar, bottle shop and customer areas clean, stocked and well presented
- Provide responsible service of alcohol and gambling
- Work with the team to keep service running smoothly across the venue

What we’re looking for

- Bar experience, with Keno and TAB experience highly regarded
- A friendly, reliable, customer-first attitude and confidence handling cash
- Availability across days, nights,



weekends and public holidays
- Must be 18 or older to work with Keno and TAB
- Current QLD RSA and RSG
