We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Full-Time Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering excellent customer service and taking responsibility when needed.

The role will primarily involve waitressing and bar service, with the added responsibility of independently running service and closing the venue.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, attentive and professional customer service.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage table service.
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, wine, beer and other beverages.
- Independently oversee service, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage the opening or closing duties as required, including securing the venue at the end of service.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and organisation across the front of house and bar areas.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any service issues professionally.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA),



food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

About You

- Previous experience in a hospitality, waitressing or bar role.
- Confident working independently and taking initiative when required.
- Reliable, organised and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Friendly, approachable and passionate about customer service.
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Current Queensland RSA certificate.
- Available to work a full-time roster, including Weekend work.

Pay: $52,880.00 – $65,250.00 per year
