Personal Trainer | Houston

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Houston. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your responsibilities
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.




- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Rent and support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
