YOMG Glen Waverley is now seeking a Full Time Front of House Supervisor

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Availability to work 38 hours per week across a five-day roster.
- Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends as required.
- Experience in managing a front of house customer service team.
- To be a leader, who can maintain exceptional service and positive customer experience.
- A hands‑on, self‑motivated and solutions‑focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational and time‑management abilities.
