Anther Experimental Distillation – North Geelong VIC

Anther Geelong Distillery is looking for Distillery door manager, an organised legend who loves customer service, and is excited by a diverse role managing our cellar door bar.

We are open to the public weekends and usually one day during the week. The role looks after all aspects of managing the bar, ordering, customer service, and planning for all sorts of events. We’re looking for a bar wizard who has great attention to detail and is proud of a happy customer and a well made drink.

We are looking for someone who is organised and excited by independent Victorian spirits and cocktails. Bar experience a must, and cocktail experience would be great, but not necessary, we can provide training and support for someone who is passionate and organised.

Key responsibilities

Taking the distillery bar to the next level

Managing all aspects of the bar including bar duties, retail, pick and pack, emailing, cleaning, and ordering

Customer service and communicating with excellence

Planning for all sorts of events

Working unsupervised and self motivating to get the job done

Working closely with events and production support





About you

Bar and cocktail management experience

Good organisation skills

Valuable cocktail skills or keen to learn

Good basic IT skills

Passionate about spirits and cocktails

Comfortable with a variety of tasks

Able to roll with change and grow with the business
