South32 is seeking a Laboratory Technician at our Cannington operation in northwest Queensland. This permanent full-time role on a 7/7 day/night FIFO from Townsville or Brisbane (DIDO from Mount Isa) will perform sample preparation, analysis and reporting across production, metallurgy, geology and marketing streams to agreed standards and turnaround times.
You will review QAQC, maintain laboratory equipment, manage reagents and consumables, and support protected operating procedures while delivering
