Flourish Australia is seeking a Part time Peer Worker based in Windsor, NSW. The role supports people with lived experience of mental health challenges to achieve their recovery goals, using your own experiences to build trust and mutual understanding.

You will work in the community, guiding recovery, reducing stigma, and helping clients access activities that promote independence, with opportunities for training and development under the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement.
