Key Responsibilities

- Conduct introductory consultations and guide suitable candidates through a structured qualification process.
- Present relevant leadership development programs to prospective clients.
- Coordinate client onboarding and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Maintain professional relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Participate in regular virtual meetings, training sessions and professional development activities.
- Organise and manage daily activities to achieve agreed performance objectives.
