InBody is a global provider of body composition analysis technology used by healthcare providers, physiotherapy practices, fitness facilities, sports organisations and wellness professionals. InBody Europe is expanding its local commercial presence in Austria.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive, commercially driven Sales Specialist based in the Vienna region to develop new business and strengthen relationships with existing customers across Austria. This is a hands-on B2B field sales role with responsibility for prospecting, customer visits, product demonstrations, pipeline development and sales execution. You will collaborate closely with InBody Europe’s sales, customer success and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and qualify recent B2B opportunities across healthcare, physiotherapy, fitness, sports performance and wellness segments.

· Develop and manage a territory sales plan, prospecting pipeline and customer visit schedule.

· Conduct face-to-face meetings, needs assessments, product demonstrations and presentations in German and English.

· Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate within agreed commercial guidelines and progress opportunities to close.

· Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, distributors and existing customers; identify opportunities for repeat and additional sales.

· Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, opportunity stages and activity reporting.

· Coordinate with customer success, technical support and logistics teams for product trials, installations, training and after-sales handover.

· Represent InBody at relevant regional exhibitions, workshops and industry events.

· Share customer feedback, market intelligence and competitor observations with the European commercial team.

Essential Requirements

· Fluent spoken and written German and English.





· Based in Vienna or within reasonable commuting distance; willing to travel regularly throughout Austria.

· Valid Category B driving licence and confidence driving to customer sites.

· Relevant B2B sales, account management or business development experience, preferably involving technical products or consultative selling.

· Demonstrated ability to prospect independently, manage a sales pipeline and build trusted customer relationships.

· Strong presentation, negotiation, planning and follow-up skills.

· Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office; able to work independently within an international team.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience selling medical devices, healthcare equipment, fitness technology, diagnostics or related solutions.

· Existing relationships with clinics, hospitals, physiotherapists, fitness operators or sports organisations in Austria.

· Experience with live product demonstrations, exhibitions and multi-stakeholder B2B sales.

· Knowledge of the Austrian healthcare and fitness markets.

· Annual salary depending on experience and qualifications, subject to applicable Austrian collective agreement requirements.

· Sales commissions and performance-based bonuses are paid separately from the annual gross base salary, in accordance with the applicable incentive plan.
