We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a casual basis.
The role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with general pharmacy and retail enquiries, processing sales, maintaining stock and merchandising, and helping to keep the pharmacy clean, organised and well presented.
The successful applicant will have previous Australia pharmacy or retail experience, strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. Australian Pharmacy experience is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and skilled customer service
- Assisting with pharmacy and retail enquiries within the scope of the role
- Operating the point-of-sale system and handling transactions
- Stock replenishment,
ordering and merchandising
- Maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy
- Supporting pharmacists and other team members with day-to-day pharmacy operations
- Following pharmacy procedures, privacy requirements and workplace health and safety standards
Casual hours will be offered based on business needs, including potential weekday and weekend shifts.
Pay: $34.80 – $38.50 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 20.0 per week
