Gotcha! Frozen Fun is coming to Rockhampton, and we're on the hunt for some awesome Team Leaders to help lead our crew!

We're not your average dessert shop. We're all about delicious frozen yoghurt, soft serve, sweet treats and creating an experience that keeps our customers coming back for more.

As a brand-new, locally owned and family-run business, we're building our team from the ground up, and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and motivated people who are ready to take on a leadership role and grow with us!

What's the scoop?

As one of our Team Leaders, you'll play an important role in keeping Gotcha! running smoothly.

You'll be a hands-on leader who isn't afraid to jump in, support the crew and lead by example. From opening the doors to closing up at the end of the day, you'll help create a fun, welcoming environment for both our customers and our team.

Your day could include:

- Taking responsibility for opening and closing the store, including daily procedures and security.

- Leading, supervising and supporting our Cravings Creators throughout their shifts.

- Delivering great customer service and making sure every customer has a positive Gotcha! experience.

- Training and guiding recent team members,



helping them build confidence and develop their skills.

- Preparing delicious sweet treats, cookies, coffees and drinks alongside the crew.

- Overseeing daily food safety, hygiene and cleaning procedures.

- Monitoring stock levels, restocking products and minimising wastage.

- Ensuring our frozen yoghurt and soft-serve machines are cleaned, maintained and operating correctly.

- Handling customer enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Managing daily cash handling, POS procedures and end-of-day reconciliation.

- Keeping the store looking fresh, clean, organised and ready for the next rush.

- Communicating with management and helping identify ways we can improve our day-to-day operations.
