About the Role​

At Edu-Kingdom College Penrith, we are dedicated to fostering academic excellence, confidence, and strong learning habits in our students. We are currently expanding our team and seeking passionate, articulate, and dedicated individuals to join us as Academic Tutors and Mentors.​

Whether you are a Class of 2026 HSC graduate looking to share your recent exam insights, a university student, or an experienced educator, this is a rewarding chance to shape the next generation of academic leaders.​

Key Responsibilities​

Deliver engaging, high-quality instruction using provided curriculum materials and structured lesson plans.​

Guide students through core concepts, exam techniques, and problem-solving strategies.​Provide constructive feedback and track student progress with accuracy and care.​Maintain a professional, supportive, and focused classroom environment.​

Requirements​

Academic Excellence: Outstanding academic history or strong HSC/university results in relevant subjects.​

Communication Skills:



Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and build rapport with young learners.​

Reliability & Professionalism: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to student growth.​

Working With Children Check (WWCC): Valid clearance required prior to commencement (or willingness to obtain one).​
