RRC Australia is seeking a reliable, hands-on Storeperson on behalf of our client, a specialist in the distribution of automotive glass.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining an organised, productive and safe warehouse environment.

Working alongside the warehouse team and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in ensuring stock is handled correctly, orders are picked and packed accurately, and deliveries are prepared for dispatch on time.

About the Role

As a Storeperson, you’ll be responsible for a range of warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, receiving deliveries, replenishing stock and maintaining inventory accuracy. You’ll also assist with preparing cartons and crates for dispatch while ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised and compliant with workplace health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack and prepare orders for collection, delivery and courier dispatch.
- Receive, check, process and put away incoming stock and deliveries.
- Replenish stock, rotate inventory and report low stock levels.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full stocktakes.
- Inspect, clean, repackage and relabel returned stock where required.
- Pack cartons and crates, prepare packaging materials and ensure dispatch paperwork is completed accurately.
- Handle damaged or broken glass in accordance with workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and hazard-free warehouse.




- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any hazards, damage or workplace issues.
- Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to support efficient daily operations.

About You

You’re a dependable and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You have a strong work ethic, pay attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy, teamwork and safety.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current forklift licence.
- A current driver's licence.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics and inventory handling.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- A reliable, proactive attitude and a willingness to get involved.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

Qualifications in warehousing or logistics will be highly regarded.
