Admin, Shopify & Social Media Assistant – Automotive Business

That’s A Wrap | Port Melbourne | Part-Time / Flexible schedule

We're looking for a confident, organised and creative person to join our growing automotive business, That’s A Wrap, based in Port Melbourne.

We specialise in custom vehicle wraps and automotive styling, but we're also growing our YouTube channel and online merchandise store.

We're looking for someone who can help with three key areas, listed in order of priority.

1. Admin & Customer Communication (Main Priority)

- Managing emails, enquiries and customer communication
- Organising bookings, quotes and general administration
- Keeping day-to-day operations organised and running smoothly

2. Shopify & Online Merchandise Store

- Helping manage and grow our Shopify store
- Uploading products, managing orders and updating listings
- Helping develop new merchandise ideas and promotions
- Supporting the growth of our online store alongside our YouTube channel

3. Social Media & Content Creation

- Helping with Instagram, TikTok and YouTube content
- Creating posts, captions and promotional content
- Potentially appearing on camera for videos, giveaways and merchandise promotions




- Bringing fresh, creative ideas to help grow our brand

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, we'd love a female team member to bring a different personality and perspective to our workshop, although we welcome applications from anyone with the right skills.

Someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and great with customers
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Comfortable using computers, email and online platforms
- Familiar with Shopify (a big bonus!)
- Social media savvy with a creative eye
- Interested in cars, YouTube, content creation or growing a small business

Hours: Approximately 3 days per week initially, with flexibility and potential to grow.

Location: Port Melbourne, VIC
