Known for delivering high-quality work across multi-residential and commercial projects, Mondaa Group Pty Ltd looking for a skilled and fully qualified Steel fixers to work on large-scale reinforcement projects. This is a full time position with 38-hour basic weeks.

The Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Steel fixers for a permanent, full–time position.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Carry out measurements and calculations
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Cut, bend and fit welded wire mesh into concrete areas to be mesh-reinforced
- Fix mesh and reinforced steel into position in formwork for concrete pours




- Set up winches and rig equipment to raise and position girders, plates, columns and other steel units
- Use steelfixing tools and equipment
- Be prepared to assist other trades
- AQF Certificate II or III in the relevant field
- Steel fixing, post-tensioning and construction experience: 2 years (Required)
- Current Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
- Safety procedures knowledge
- Positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working in an inclusive team
- Valid Driving License and transport desirable

Salary: Starting at $75,000 - $95,000 per year negotiable on experience and skill set
