My Implant Dentist is a fast-growing, award-winning dental group with 13+ practices across WA, QLD, VIC and NSW. We’re hiring a Practice Manager for Belmont Dental Surgery, and we’re always keen to meet great managers for other Perth metro practices as we grow.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be buried in payroll and paperwork. Our central HR, recruitment, bookkeeping, marketing and patient coordinator teams take care of that. Your job is to run a great practice and drive its performance: a full book, a high-performing team, happy patients and robust numbers.

There are two ways in:

You’re already a dental practice manager. You want a practice you can own and grow, without the full admin load, and with a group that rewards results.

You’re a Treatment Coordinator or Senior Front Office Coordinator ready to step up. You know the book, the numbers and the patients better than anyone. You’ll get structured mentoring from one of our senior practice managers to set you up for success.

What you’ll own

Practice performance: production, book fill, recalls, failed-to-attend rates, and turning treatment plans into booked treatment

Your team: rostering, attendance,



coaching and day-to-day leadership of the front office and clinical support team

Patient experience: hospitality-grade service from the first phone call to the follow-up

Operations: compliance, infection control standards, stock, systems, and making sure things get done

Reporting: knowing your numbers every week and acting on them, reporting to our Directors/WA Area Manager

Who we’re looking for

Dental practice experience, either managing a practice or as a high-performing treatment coordinator or senior front office coordinator

Evidence that you move numbers: production, conversion, book fill, recalls or team performance

Grit. You run towards problems, finish what you start, and don’t wait to be asked

You lead from the floor. You’re visible, hands‑on, and set the standard yourself

You’re calm and solution‑focused with unhappy patients and on short‑staffed days

Dental4Web experience is a plus

Real ownership of a practice, with strong central support behind you

A network of experienced practice managers to lean on, plus structured mentoring for those stepping up
