Ethos360 Recruitment is partnering with a leading Sydney mortgage brokerage to recruit a Mortgage Broker Assistant / Loan Processor. The role offers hands-on, end-to-end training from day one and a explicit pathway to becoming a licensed broker within approximately three years.
You will work closely with experienced brokers across our two Sydney locations, handle pipeline management and client coordination, and may be asked to work outside normal hours during busy periods as the business moves
