We're looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join our Sydney team and play a key role in strengthening and evolving our enterprise risk framework across the business. This is your opportunity to partner with senior leaders, influence strategic decision-making and help shape a strong risk culture across financial and non-financial business units within one of Australia's most dynamic and highly regulated environments.
Reporting to the Head of Risk, you'll be the go-to advisor on enterprise risk management across Crown Sydney. You'll work closely with executives, operational leaders and key stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks, while ensuring the business continues to operate with confidence, accountability and resilience.
This isn't your average risk role. You know how to balance challenge with partnership and can translate complex risk concepts into practical business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to influence meaningful decisions,

You’ll be:You’ll be naturally curious, commercially minded and comfortable asking the tough questionsDriving and embedding Crown's enterprise risk management framework across the Sydney propertySupport Line 2 oversight and reporting of department risks, incidents and issuesReviewing and challenging departmental risk profiles and ensuring they remain current and effectivePartnering with leaders to identify, assess and manage key strategic, operational and regulatory risks.
Monitoring risk incidents, issues and emerging trends, and helping drive meaningful action.
Providing oversight of key controls across financial and non-financial risk areas.
Supporting projects and business initiatives with practical, commercially focused risk advice.
Facilitating risk workshops and training programs to strengthen risk awareness and capability.
Building robust relationships across the business to foster a positive and proactive risk culture.
You’ll bring:6+ years' experience in risk management, governance, compliance or a related disciplineExperience working within a large,
