About the Role

Our Mushroom Pickers play a critical role in harvesting and sorting mushrooms to meet strict quality, size, and production standards. This position ensures customer orders are fulfilled accurately while maintaining food safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick mushrooms according to size and quality specifications

- Sort mushrooms to meet customer requirements

- Handle product carefully to prevent damage

- Maintain productivity targets while ensuring quality standards

- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures

- Comply with Workplace Health & Safety policies

- Maintain clean and organised work areas

- Work effectively within a team environment

Working Conditions

- Operations run 7 days per week

- Varied start times depending on crop availability

- Weekly shift schedules will be provided

- Morning, afternoon, and weekend shift availability is essential

- Shifts may be up to 10 hours

- Casual employment

- You must have your own reliable transport
