We're looking for a technically robust and people-focused HVAC professional to lead a team of approximately 13 service technicians across NSW.

This is an opportunity for an experienced service technician or established leader who enjoys supporting people, improving service delivery and ensuring customers receive a high standard of technical service.

You'll play an important role in guiding the team, coordinating service operations and maintaining strong technical and customer service standards. For someone with the right leadership capability and ambition, this position also offers a longer-term pathway towards service management.

What You'll Do

- Lead, support and develop a team of approximately 13 HVAC service technicians.
- Help coordinate service activities, preventative maintenance, repairs and commissioning work.
- Support technicians with technical challenges, customer issues and day-to-day operational decisions.
- Promote high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.
- Ensure service activities are completed efficiently and meet customer expectations.
- Encourage accurate service reporting, maintenance documentation and communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate workloads, resources and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve team performance, service delivery and operational processes.
- Build a positive team environment that encourages accountability, collaboration and continuous development.

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry.




- A solid technical background across service, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
- Experience leading, supervising or mentoring technicians, or demonstrated readiness to step into a formal leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and earn the respect of an experienced technical team.
- The ability to organise workloads, prioritise competing demands and resolve problems effectively.
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to high standards of service.
- A practical, approachable leadership style that supports both team performance and individual development.
- Experience with commissioning specialist cooling equipment, including computer room air-conditioning units, will be highly regarded.
