The Food Republic Cafe Restaurant, as a chef De Partie you will responsible for managing your section, preparing high quality dishes and contributing to the dynamic energy of our kitchen.

Experience; At least 3-4 years in a similar role, breakfast and restaurant experience & knowledge

Breakfast & Brunch Expertise; have worked a minimum of 3 years in high quality breakfast & brunch venues with a good knowledge of various cuisines.

Kitchen Enviroment; Experience in a high volume Cafe Restaurant operations required

Work Ethic; Strong, reliable & committed to delivering excellence

Teamwork; A confident communicater with the ability to manage your section effectively under pressure

Organisation; Excellent multitasking & problem solving skills





Professionalism; A positive attitude with a focus on quality, consistency, & customer satisfaction
