About Us

Diamond Plate Australia is a growing Australian business specialising in premium automotive ceramic and graphene paint protection products and services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Phone Sales Consultant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, has a natural ability to convert enquiries into sales and thrives in a target-driven environment.

This is an inbound sales position, with no cold calling required. You will be responsible for managing incoming customer enquiries, generating sales and coordinating customer bookings.

About the Role

As our Phone Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers interested in Diamond Plate's ceramic and graphene paint protection services.

Your primary responsibility will be to convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional advice on our products and services.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries received via email.
- Convert inbound customer enquiries into successful sales.
- Confidently present and explain the benefits of our ceramic and graphene paint protection packages.
- Follow up potential customers to maximise sales conversions.
- Coordinate customer appointments and manage bookings through online calendars.
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.
- Achieve individual sales KPIs and conversion targets.
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking.




- Assist with general sales administration as required.

About You

We are seeking someone who is confident, self-motivated and genuinely enjoys selling.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in phone sales, telesales, inbound sales or a sales-focused customer service role.
- Excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong sales skills with the confidence to ask for and close a sale.
- A proven ability to work towards and achieve KPIs.
- Excellent written communication skills and confidence responding to customer emails.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and bookings.
- Good computer skills and experience using email, calendars and customer management systems.
- The ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.
- A positive attitude, robust work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed.

Previous experience in the automotive industry or selling automotive aftermarket products will be highly regarded but is not essential.
