About Us

BestBrains Learning Centre is looking for enthusiastic, patient, and engaging teachers to deliver our Abacus and Coding programs to primary school students (Grade 1 and above).

No extensive teaching experience is required. We provide full training, structured curriculum, student workbooks, and lesson resources to help you succeed in the role.

1. Coding Teacher

What you'll do:

- Teach coding fundamentals using Scratch, a beginner-friendly visual programming platform.
- Guide students through structured coding activities and creative projects.
- Help students understand coding concepts and complete exercises.
- Encourage creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Provide individual support and motivate students throughout their learning journey.

What we're looking for:

- Basic knowledge of Scratch or similar block-based coding platforms.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to primary school students.
- A genuine interest in technology, coding, and working with children.
- Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is an advantage but not essential.

2. Abacus Teacher

What you'll do:

- Teach Abacus using our structured curriculum and teaching resources.
- Help students develop mental arithmetic, number sense, and calculation skills.
- Explain place value and foundational mathematical concepts.




- Demonstrate correct Abacus techniques and guide students through exercises.
- Monitor student progress and provide encouragement and feedback.

What we're looking for:

- Familiarity with the Abacus and basic arithmetic concepts.
- A good understanding of place value and foundational mathematics.
- Patience and the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
- Previous Abacus teaching or tutoring experience is desirable but not essential.
