Seafood Chef / Sushi & Sashimi Chef

Eastwood, NSW $35–$40+ per hour, depending on experience and skills

Dream Seafood, located inside Dream Market in Eastwood, is looking for an experienced seafood chef to join our team.

Your duties will include:

- Preparing sushi and sashimi
- Filleting and preparing salmon and other fish
- Preparing seafood products for display and sale
- Maintaining food safety and a clean work area
- Working with the team to prepare products for customers

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in sushi, sashimi and fish preparation
- Can fillet fish confidently and work efficiently
- Is reliable and works well in a team
- Has valid working rights in Australia
