Responsibilities:
- Pre-service kitchen preparation (preparation of all ingredients and menu items)
- Cooking of all menu items to order
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Ensure food service areas are clean and organized.
- Adhere to the food safety program and kitchen cleaning/maintenance programs
- Assume some responsibility of all kitchen duties, ordering and compliance.
- Maintain appropriate OH&S; standards within the team & kitchen
