The Role

As a Part time Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play an important role in leading our housekeeping team and ensuring our hotel is consistently clean, comfortable and welcoming for every guest.

Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Hotel team, your responsibilities will include:

✔ Leading, supporting and engaging the housekeeping team to deliver high standards of quality and productivity

✔ Conducting daily room inspections to ensure rooms meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times

✔ Coordinating daily work allocations, room counts and team requirements

✔ Supporting the training, development and performance of team members

✔ Stepping up to support the Housekeeping Manager and covering their days off when required

✔ Building positive working relationships with Front Office, Maintenance, the General Manager and wider Hotel team

✔ Maintaining accurate payroll, billing and housekeeping records





✔ Ensuring housekeeping procedures, Hotel requirements and safety standards are consistently followed

✔ Taking a hands-on approach and leading by example

Who We Are Looking For

✅ Experienced and passionate Housekeeping professional with previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment

✅ Confident hands-on leader who can motivate, support and develop a team while leading by example

✅ Genuine pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness, quality and service, with excellent attention to detail

✅ Strong communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the Hotel team

✅ Experience with team management, including training, rostering, work allocation, performance and workplace safety

✅ Excellent presentation, full Australian working rights and availability to work a rotating roster when required

✅ Full Australian working rights
