We are looking for a Medical Receptionist for a busy medical practice. Previous experience in General Practice is preferred. The candidate we are looking for is enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, able to priorities tasks and work in a team environment.

We are looking for someone who has

·Previous experience working in General Medical Practice or working as a public facing receptionist.

·Excellent communication skills and phone manner. Fluent in English

·Essential experience in working with computers and exposure to PracSoft and Medical Director or Best Practice software is an advantage

·Well presented and shows empathy and patience towards patients.

·Adaptable in working hours and available to work on Saturday when needed.





.University students are also welcome to apply with some experience working as Reception and willing to learn Medical Software in a short period.

.Availability on Mondays & Tuesdays would be an advantage

·Own transport is essential

You will be working in a friendly family owned General Practice located within shopping center premises with free car parking.

Available to start with a short notice.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
