PCH Civil is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys leading crews, keeping work on track and delivering projects safely.

About the role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate work crews.
- Plan and allocate work to meet the project schedule.
- Coordinate plant, equipment, materials and subcontractors.
- Read and work from plans, drawings and specifications.
- Monitor the quality and progress of work.
- Conduct pre-starts and ensure site safety requirements are followed.
- Complete daily reports and communicate progress and issues to the project team.

About you

You will have:

- Experience supervising crews in civil construction.
- A practical understanding of earthworks, plant and site operations.
- The ability to read plans and coordinate work on site.
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
- A current driver’s licence and Construction White Card.

Relevant qualifications, tickets and experience on FIFO projects will be viewed favourably.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
