About the Role

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for our patients from start to finish.

Your key responsibilities will

Chair side Assistance

- Assisting dentists during a wide range of dental procedures
- Sterilisation and infection control protocols
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Supporting patients pre- and post-treatment

Reception & Administration

- Greeting and managing patient arrivals
- Scheduling and confirming appointments




- Answering phone calls and handling enquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records

About You

- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised with great attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and a team player
- Familiarity with Dental4Windows
