Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Croydon

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Croydon. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

How we support you

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness,



or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What the role involves

- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
