- Demonstrated experience in HR/Recruitment systems, data management, and reporting
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills

What’s on offer

Along with a competitive salary, you’ll be joining a team of passionate and collaborative professionals who value contribution, learning, and wellbeing. RPS also offers a suite of benefits designed to support your career and lifestyle, including:

- Flexible work arrangements
- Paid parental and partner leave
- $250 annual active lifestyle allowance + wellness initiatives
- Additional annual leave purchase scheme, public holiday swaps & salary packaging
- Study assistance and online professional development programs
- Active social clubs, Employee Assistance Program, and service recognition programs

Our Approach

Our people live our purpose, deliver our promise, and demonstrate our behaviours every day. These behaviours—developed by our people—underpin everything we do and make RPS a great place to do great work.
