Sandwich Chefs Coomera/Helensvale is seeking an experienced, proactive Store Manager to lead our daily store operations across both stores. You will oversee front-of-house service and kitchen workflow, driving exceptional customer experiences across our made-to-order sandwiches, carvery, coffee, fresh juices, and grab-and-go lines. We are looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example on the floor, maintains high operational standards, and keeps team morale high.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Manage daily store operations, floor workflow, opening/closing procedures, and maintain high standards of store presentation.

Team Management: Coach, mentor, and supervise staff, managing rosters, training, and performance to build a cohesive team.

Quality & Service: Ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment, excellent food presentation, and consistently high customer service standards.

Cost & Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle food prep planning, manage waste,



and oversee inventory ordering.

Compliance: Enforce food safety regulations, workplace health and safety (WHS), and sanitation protocols strictly across all prep and service areas.

Requirements:

Willing to work in both Helensvale and Coomera locations (Westfield food court).

Proven experience in retail food service, quick-casual dining, or cafe management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.

Solid understanding of food safety standards, COGS, waste management, and labor scheduling.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends as required by business operations.

Pay: From $34.76 per hour
