We are looking for a reliable and caring Female Disability Support Worker to support a participant with community participation and someone who can drive and own a transport.
Location: Brooklyn, NSW
About the Role
The successful candidate will support the participant with:
- Community participation and social activities
- Attending appointments and outings
- Transport and community access
- Shopping and other day-to-day activities
- Supporting independence and choice
- Providing respectful and person-centered support
Requirements
- Female support worker only
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Own reliable car and willingness to use it for community participation
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Previous disability support experience preferred
- Good communication and a reliable, professional approach
- Ability to provide person-centered and respectful support
