Pizza Makers & Front of House Team Members

We’re building something special on Liuzzi Street and looking for reliable, hardworking people to join our team.

We’re an independent pizzeria focused on quality food, great hospitality and getting the little things right. We have ambitious plans for the future and want to build a close-knit team who take pride in their work, support one another and want to grow with the business.

Experience is valued, but attitude, work ethic and a willingness to learn are just as important.

SUNDAYS OFF!

We’re looking for team members available for afternoon and evening shifts, including Saturdays. Whether you’re an experienced hospitality worker seeking a better work-life balance or a school student looking for after-school and weekend work, we’d love to hear from you.

POSITION 1: KITCHEN CREW

We’re looking for motivated pizza makers who take pride in producing quality food consistently and working cleanly and efficiently.

Working in a full open kitchen, you’ll help prepare and cook our menu while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and organisation.

Responsibilities include:

- Preparing dough, ingredients and toppings for service.
- Making and cooking pizzas and other menu items to our standards.
- Following recipes, procedures and food safety requirements.
- Maintaining clean, organised workstations and equipment.
- Managing preparation and service during busy periods.
- Washing dishes and assisting with kitchen cleaning, set-up and pack-down.
- Communicating with front of house to keep service running smoothly.

POSITION 2: FRONT OF HOUSE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

We’re looking for friendly, confident team members who enjoy working with people and understand the importance of excellent hospitality.

You’ll help create a welcoming experience for every customer while working closely with the kitchen to deliver smooth, efficient service.

Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming customers, taking orders and explaining the menu.
- Serving food and drinks.
- Answering phones and handling takeaway orders.
- Processing orders accurately and communicating with the kitchen.
- Running food, clearing tables and maintaining the dining area.
- Washing dishes and assisting with general cleaning.
- Helping with opening, closing and venue pack-down.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is approachable, confident and communicates well.
- Provides friendly, attentive customer service.
- Can multitask and stay organised during busy periods.
- Follows instructions and takes responsibility for their work.
- Is happy to help wherever needed, including cleaning and dishes.
- Is reliable, punctual and respectful.





ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

For both positions, applicants must have:

- Current RSA certification.
- Excellent personal hygiene and professional presentation.
- A respectful, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- The ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent standards.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
