Lincoln Talent are working with an established Sydney contractor delivering aluminium window and door packages across commercial, retail and Class 2 residential developments.

If you're an experienced Project Manager in the aluminium windows, doors or glazing industry and enjoy taking ownership of your projects without someone looking over your shoulder, this could be worth a conversation.

With a healthy pipeline of projects and continued growth, they're looking for a capable Project Manager who knows the industry, understands the challenges of getting projects delivered and enjoys being the person who makes things happen.

The Opportunity

You'll be involved from the moment a project is awarded, working with design, fabrication and installation teams to ensure everything comes together on site.
You'll have the autonomy to run your projects, build relationships with clients and take genuine ownership of delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing aluminium window and door packages from contract award through to completion.
- Coordinating shop drawings, procurement, fabrication and site installation.
- Keeping projects on programme, within budget and running smoothly.
- Managing RFIs, variations, progress claims and project documentation.
- Working closely with builders, architects,



suppliers and installation teams.
- Resolving site challenges, coordinating trades and keeping projects moving.
- Overseeing quality, compliance, defects and final handover.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years experience managing aluminium windows, doors, glazing or facade projects.
- Proven experience across commercial, retail or Class 2 residential construction.
- Strong technical understanding of aluminium framing systems, glazing, fabrication and installation.
- Commercially switched on, with experience managing budgets, variations, procurement and project costs.
- Confident reading drawings, managing RFIs and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Someone who can take ownership, make decisions and get things done.
- Relevant construction, engineering or trade qualifications highly regarded.
- Australian construction experience and a current driver's licence essential.
