EXPERIENCED FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF WANTED

Part-Time Position | Family-Friendly Hours

Zarelli’s Cafe Ristorante is looking for an experienced Front of House team member who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for our guests.

This is a part-time morning position from 10:00 AM onwards, making it a excellent opportunity for someone looking for a rewarding hospitality role while maintaining a good work-life balance around family and kids.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and greeting customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Taking customer orders accurately
- Making and serving quality coffee and other beverages
- Confidently operating a commercial coffee machine
- Maintaining a clean and organised coffee station
- Serving food and beverages efficiently
- Ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience
- Maintaining clean, tidy and well-presented dining areas
- Handling customer enquiries and requests professionally
- Operating the POS and processing payments
- Working closely with the kitchen and Front of House team
- Assisting with opening and general duties as required





About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous Front of House or hospitality experience
- Has exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Has experience making coffee and is confident using a commercial coffee machine
- Is friendly, confident and approachable
- Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Works well in a busy environment
- Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in providing excellent service to every customer
