Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Hilton

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Hilton. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings.



This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What you will do

Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Work within our coaching and administration processes.
