We're Clyde Dental Care, a current family practice at Ramlegh Springs Town Centre in Clyde North, and we're looking for a casual dental assistant to join us on the days we need an extra pair of hands.
About us
We opened in October 2026. The practice is owned and run by its two clinicians, Hisham (a dentist with more than fifteen years' experience) and Christine (an oral health therapist). There's no head office, and the owners are in the practice every day.
The role
Casual shifts, covering leave and busy days:
- Assisting chairside, with the room set up and turned over for the next patient
- Sterilisation and infection control, done to standard
- Helping patients feel calm and looked after, including nervous kids and adults
Happy to help at the front desk now and then? That's a bonus, but it isn't required.
Hours
Shifts fall within our opening hours: weekdays between 8am and 6pm, and Saturdays 9am to 2pm. Tell us which days usually suit you and we'll work around them. Free parking at the centre.

There's a clear path from Dental Assistant to Senior Dental Assistant and Clinical Coordinator, and we fund the training and qualifications that move you up.
Who we're looking for

You'll need
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Sound infection control
- To be willing to complete a national police check
Nice to have
- Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (Dental Radiography) with a current Victorian radiation use licence
- Experience with Principle or HICAPS
