Teddy CO FUNLAND Pty Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
* Create and manage social media content to engage with customers and build brand loyalty
* Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
* Manage and maintain marketing budgets and reports
Requirements:
* 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
* Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
* Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
