 Should be able to execute mechanical FMCG - Packaging projects

 Should have very good understanding of Automation and latest technology

used in packaging industry.

 Specialty in Primary Packaging, secondary packaging and End-of-Line (EOL)

packaging systems.

 Should be able to createmanage Packing project Schedule for

MachineLine installation.

 Should be able to work on 2D and 3D layout with Optimization of Human-

material movement, machine and methodology study.

 Ability to manage client and vendor/OEM interaction and peer review on

design issues during all project development phases.

 Should be able to understand machine operations and can analyse

requirements and makes recommendations for improvement in processes.

 Tracking and Improvement of OEE of the Packaging machines

 Basic understanding of simulation software is preferrable for Project like

packing line optimization.





 Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

 Capable to defining or analyse the packing line requirement based on

various SKUs or Current products launch for the packaging line.

 Should be able to co-ordinateManage 3 rd parties for any end-to-end

solution to be provided to our client.

 Pack material and finish goods path optimization. Consultancy/EPCm

experience in FEED / Detailed Design of FMCG Projects.

 Supplier management (design review, FAT, installation, commissioning)

 Site execution coordination

 Budget, schedule and risk management

 Startup and performance ramp-up

Pay: $92,700.00 – $189,000.00 per year
