We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager who knows how to lead a great team, drive results and create a store customers genuinely enjoy visiting.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have ownership of your store, your team and the overall customer experience.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, engaging and developing your team
- Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Managing rostering, stock, daily operations and store standards
- Maintaining strong visual merchandising and presentation
- Coaching your team through regular feedback and development
- Creating a positive, fun and accountable team culture

About You

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience
- A genuine passion for people and customer service




- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to drive results
- Confidence managing stock, rosters, KPIs and day-to-day operations
- A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
