We're looking for an experienced, reliable and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our kitchen team at Montbleu Illawong.

We're after someone who takes pride in their food, works well under pressure and enjoys being part of a supportive team.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a busy café or breakfast kitchen is essential
- Confident preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast and brunch dishes
- Able to manage multiple orders while maintaining consistency and presentation
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Able to work independently during busy service periods
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
- Proactive and always willing to lend a hand
- Takes pride in maintaining a clean and organised kitchen




- Availability to work at least one weekend day is essential
- Own reliable transport is essential

Working hours:

Casual shifts between 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
