The Role
Idle is looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join the team, supporting the daily operations of the venue across service, team leadership and guest experience.

This role will suit somebody who:

- Leads confidently during busy cafe service with a calm and hands‑on approach
- Enjoys creating warm, personalised and memorable guest experiences
- Supports team culture through positive leadership and transparent communication
