We’re looking for an exceptional Barista to join our team at our flagship store in Carlton to help bring our Italian cafe to life, one delicious coffee at a time. If you're an early riser or a night owl with a passion for coffee and latte art, we want to hear from you

The successful applicant must be fast and efficient in coffee making,



yet not willing to compromise quality; expect the run-of-the-mill day to consist of 300+ coffees across an average of 10kg+ of beans a day, all to Brunetti Classico's superior standard If you have a bubbly, strong and confident personality with great communication skills, then you will be the right candidate for the position; building a strong culture within the workplace is extremely important to us and our team

Working in a 7-days-a-week operation, the successful candidate must be adaptable, willing to work early mornings, late nights, weekdays and weekends
