Icon Oncology Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our National Head Office team in Brisbane on a permanent full time basis. You will manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll for a diverse Australia and New Zealand workforce across Cancer Care, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical, Core Services and Research.

You will apply Awards and Enterprise Agreement knowledge to ensure compliant payroll outcomes, handle escalations, and collaborate with People & Capability to deliver accurate payments
